Juliet performs as a part of this duo with Niagara-based pianist/singer Peter Shea. Peter has been involved in music all of his life, has been playing the drums for 20 years and is a graduate of the University of Toronto program. Together they are the 'Shea-D Duo'. Together they have taken this duo overseas to Hong Kong, Brazil, the Carribean and Morocco. They look forward to expanding their travels with the
Shea D Duo in the future.

‘SWING’
2008
On this CD you will find some of Juliet’s favourite jazz tunes. As she grows as an artist and singer every day, she is pleasantly overwhelmed by the number of beautiful jazz standards that exist. She looks forward to discovering and sharing even more of them in the future. This CD was produced with the help of Peter Shea who also arranged many of the tracks. It was recorded at Barking Dog Studios by Jim Rodgers.

Juliet performs this demo with Randy Stirtzinger on piano. Randy is an accomplished piano, vibraphone and bass player as well as an arranger and has been performing all across Canada for close to 30 years. Thanks to Randy, Juliet has been able to make many connections with numerous musicians in the Niagara region and he is also responsible for helping her assemble her jazz repertoire.
Randy performs regularly all over Ontario and across Canada as a solo artist as well as a side man. Juliet and Randy also often perform together.

This is what put Juliet on the map as a singer. She wrote it with her friend Eric and they never in a million years expected the amount of success that it brought to them both.
This single was released Paris, France, Belgium, Luxembourg and Holland and was also Juliet's first experience with writing lyrics. Flowing Downstream made it to #35 on the charts in France (Top Dance and Le Hit des Clubs) and stayed in the charts for over 30 weeks. It sold over 15,000 copies and appeared on numerous compilations Dance Machine 5 / Top Dance 12 / Generation Dance Vol. 2 / Dance Tour 95.
Juliet had the amazing opportunity to perform her song for over 17,000 people at Bercy Stadium in Paris for the launch of Dance Machine 5. Other artists included Kylie Minogue, Zhane, Jimmy Somerville and more. Over 500,000 copies of this compilation were sold.

1995
This single was also released in Paris, France with the same crew as Flowing Downstream. This CD made it to #6 on the charts in France (Top Dance and Le Hit des Clubs). It also appeared on numerous compilations - Dance Machine 8 / Groove in Total Black / Numero 1 Dance
With The Louder and Flowing Downstream, Juliet did the 'Beach Music Tour' in the summer of 1995 with artists such as Corona, Double You and Bell Bar. The tour took them all over France to over 20 seaside locations over a period of 2 months.

UNRELEASED PROJECT
1999
Juliet worked with Yassine to create this 3rd disco tune in the hope to get it signed. They shopped it around and had some interest from a few record companies. Interestingly enough it's the B side to this potential single that Juliet was more interested in and it was at this point in her career that she started to change her musical direction.

This is Juliet's favourite composition to date. She remembers writing it in 20 minutes and was astonished at how it just seemed to flow out. She loves and really enjoys singing this musical style and feels that it suits her voice much more than the previous disco tunes. It is at this point in her singing career that she started to gravitate towards a more jazzy feel.

This is a completed project but was never released as the producer at the time preferred to go with the cover tune The Louder. Check out the funky bass of Gary Ganster Beat. Gary is also the arranger on all of Juliet and Privat's joint compositions. (Both Privat and Juliet preferred this title to the Louder).
